Dwayne is the pastor in charge for Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC the church he established in 2007. He also serves as Director for Pastoral Care of the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne also has a heart for training the next generation biblical counselors. He is the Board Director of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the creator of numerous articles on the internet and a contributor in Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling Changing Lives with God's Changeless Truth (eds. Kelleman, Viars). His wife Leslie has three kids.
